About Vidillion
Vidillion is building the world’s largest video ad marketplace. We offer premium CDN services to video service providers (VSPs) such as IPTV system operators and content owners/publishers, and aggregate their viewers into our ad marketplace, VidViewers. Using our proprietary ad software, VidTizer, we precisely target viewers for advertisers and content owners and deliver the ads to any Internet-connected device the viewer is using at that moment in time.

David Dembitz
Chief Executive Officer
David Dembitz is a serial high-tech entrepreneur and executive who is responsible for the strategic execution of Vidillion’s business plan focusing on sales, marketing, business development, finance and administration. Dave is accomplished in ramping and accelerating revenue and is particularly respected as a builder and leader of sales and marketing teams. He has led companies through the entire lifecycle from start-up through venture funding, private placement, public offerings and acquisitions. Most notably, Dave played a key role in driving revenue momentum at AboveNet Communications increasing revenue from $3M to more than $100M in just seventeen months. His experience also includes executive sales and marketing positions at companies such as Accellion and SynOptics Communications. Mr. Dembitz has an M.B.A. and two Bachelor of Sciences degrees from the University of Utah.
Dennis Nugent
Founder, Chairman of the Board & COO
Dennis Nugent is a seasoned high-tech executive who is responsible for the technical design and implementation of Vidillion’s high-performance streaming CDN and ad platforms. Before joining Vidillion, Dennis was vice president network operations at CETNetworks and Chaincast Networks (now StreamAudio). He was also vice president of AboveNet Communications where he led the company’s technical implementation of AboveNet’s security infrastructure. Prior to AboveNet, Dennis worked at PG&E where he won national awards for energy efficiency in supermarkets and datacenters. The datacenter remains among the most energy efficient in the world and serves as a model for designers of efficient datacenters. Mr. Nugent holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Golden Gate University.
Steve Popper
Chief Technical Officer
Steve Popper is a successful technology, entertainment and retail entrepreneur responsible for Vidillion technical operations. His experience with IPTV and Internet video includes launching Lasoo, one the first IPTV solutions, and Imediasee, a Flash video streaming service. Prior to Imediasee, he founded Synergy International Consulting, an aerospace technology integrator which was acquired by Xansa Plc (formerly FI Group). He previously spent five years at SAP, where he was heavily involved in the development of SAP’s vertical industry focus and helped lead SAP’s entry into the Aerospace & Defense market. He has over 20 years’ experience with Information Technology Systems including executive management roles at ComputerLand and ComputerFactory.
Dan Gravelle
Consulting CFO
Dan, a partner with FLG Partners, has almost 30 years of financial experience including extensive merger, acquisition, restructuring and divestiture activity. The majority of his work has been in high tech sectors such as semiconductors, telecommunications, Internet, software and design tools. His background and skills include internal audit, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, financial reporting, revenue recognition, Int’l treasury management, Sarbanes-Oxley, FAS123R and government contract accounting and management. He has helped his clients to secure in excess of $250M of equity and debt, established lines of credit and R&D contracts, and set up internal controls and administrative functions such as HR, Purchasing, Facilities, and IT. Most recently, Dan has been a consulting Chief Financial Officer for early stage start-ups with an emphasis on semiconductors and semiconductor capital equipment sectors. Prior to joining FLG, he held various positions at LSI Logic, DSC Communications, Granger Associates, Alumax and Liquid Air. Dan earned a BS in Accounting from California State University, Chico and a Finance MBA from Golden Gate University.
